Tradition & Passion

Tripoli’s is derived from the word Tripolis meaning “three cities.” There are three countries in the Mediterranean region that have cities by the name of Tripoli-Greece, Lebanon and Libya. The food of these countries heavily influence the cuisine of Tripoli’s Mediterranean Grill and Coffee Shop. Grape leaves, hummus, shawarma, gyro, fatoush, arugula salad, baklava, kunafa and a slew of other foods derive their popularity from this region. The spices used are specific to this region and the combination of spices leaves your tastebuds craving for more.

Tripoli’s is a locally based restaurant that thrives on helping people satisfy their taste buds and gratify their cravings.

Our mission is to become the top Mediterranean restaurant and coffee shop in San Antonio. To do this we have created a comfortable atmosphere where people can eat authentic, tasty, and healthy Mediterranean food and drink high-quality handcrafted beverages. We want to ensure that each customer gains a cultural experience they would want to incorporate into their lives regularly. Our goal is for each customer to taste the Mediterranean.
